Share a Gift

It’s time to reward your followers and subscribers. They’ve taken the time to connect with you on social media and have become your loyal audience. Make sure they know how much you appreciate them following.

Offer a special code to folks via one of your platforms or in your holiday newsletter. It will make them feel like they are part of a club — and in a way, they are!

Send Warm Wishes

Perhaps your subscribers are looking to hear from you with a discount or a deal. Or, perhaps you’ve already planned a sale. It’s also fine to get in touch with a warm winter message.

A simple thought — expressing how much your clients mean to you throughout the year, and how especially grateful you feel during the holidays — can go a long way.

Give Back

As a business, you have a role in your community. You serve and employ locals, and are part of the fabric of their everyday lives. Think about what greater good you could help lead.

On Giving Tuesday, encourage your patrons to give to a certain cause. It doesn’t have to be connected to your business. In fact, it shows how much you value others if you are willing to put your energy behind a cause. Throughout the season, you can also direct people to a food or coat drive too.
